The Collection Department, is the second most active area of this Firm after the
litigation area. In our collection department we employ collection specialist and
lawyers to collect past due balances owed to our clients.

In this area we are involved in diverse matters, to include Constitution and corporations,
leases,  trademarks, concession,  grant and distribution,  notary services,   joint Ventures
mercantile Law, trust, collateral and Immigration, etc.

The Family Law Department deals with all aspect of family Law including:

• Divorce.
• Pre-nuptial settlements.
• Maintenance and chid support.
• Adoption.
• All matters relating to children.
• Welfare benefits.
• Housing problems.

 

II.- CRIMINAL LAW
.
Our Criminal Department offers advice and assistance in criminal proceedings of any kind
and can attend Police Stations when needed during the day or night.

The Firm has built up a reputation in defending matters of white collar crime,  to include
those matters involving matters of fraud, insider dealing and collections.
